The 129th President of Catalan Government, Mr Artur Mas, signed today a Consult Decree (with a symbolic number: 129/2014) on Catalan independence. The Mas Administration started an institutional campaign in order to promote a high participation next November 9th. . Here you have the video:
At the same time, the Catalan Government opened a website with all the information about the Consult and the rules for voting.
